Before this work, I was a COO and a Vistage Chair. I’ve sat in the same seat as the people I now coach.

What I found is that most recurring leadership patterns are not caused by a lack of skill. They are driven by internal operating rules formed much earlier in life that continue running automatically beneath awareness.
