Not open-ended coaching: a defined container with a beginning, a middle, and an end, in three phases. Excavation, where we map the architecture: the belief, the rules built around it, the signature that marks it. Meeting, where you practice the harder move while the old rule fires, in real conditions, under real pressure. Integration, where the new choices stop costing effort.
At the end we evaluate honestly. Some leaders re-enroll for a deeper layer. Others are done. Both are right.
